This policy defines how Cabanca may and may not be used, and clarifies the boundaries of Cabanca's responsibility as a platform provider.
Cabanca is intended for legitimate commerce by Nigerian merchants selling lawful goods and services to willing customers.
The following are strictly prohibited: selling counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods; fraud or misrepresentation; harassment of customers or other merchants; money laundering or financial crime; any activity violating Nigerian law.
Cabanca is a technology platform, not a retailer, agent, or financial intermediary.
Every store on Cabanca is independently owned and operated by a merchant who has agreed to our Terms of Service. Cabanca does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any store, product, seller, or transaction on the platform.
Any purchase, agreement, or dispute between a customer and a merchant is solely between those two parties. Cabanca has no involvement in, control over, or liability for the outcome of any transaction.
Before transacting with any store, customers are encouraged to exercise their own due diligence. Cabanca accepts no financial responsibility for any transaction conducted through a merchant storefront.
If you encounter a store you believe is violating this policy, contact Cabanca to report it. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
Cabanca reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any store found to be in violation of this policy without prior notice.
This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current version.
