Cabanca is a commerce infrastructure platform that enables merchants to create and operate online stores. Cabanca provides the technology, not the goods or services sold through it.
Merchants are solely responsible for their store content, product listings, pricing, fulfilment, and customer communications. Cabanca does not review, endorse, or guarantee any merchant or their offerings.
Merchants operate their own Paystack accounts. All payment processing is handled directly between the merchant and their payment provider. Cabanca does not hold, process, or have access to transaction funds.
Users may not use Cabanca to engage in fraud, sell prohibited items, impersonate others, or violate applicable Nigerian law.
The Cabanca name, logo, and platform design are owned by Cabanca. Store content belongs to the respective merchant.
Cabanca reserves the right to suspend or terminate any store that violates these terms.
Cabanca is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from transactions between customers and merchants. See Acceptable Use Policy for full details.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
